How we set it up for you
Funding schemes for live online training usually ask the same thing: prove who attended, when and for how long, and let the controller look in. We configure or build your classroom and campus for your programme so that proof is produced along the way. Each project starts with a short call to map your scheme's requirements.
- Connection log per participant. Your live classes in our video classroom (BigBlueButton or plugNmeet) or inside Moodle record each participant's join and leave times for every session, configured or built for your programme.
- Live access for inspectors. A link or role that lets control bodies join a session while it runs.
- Deadline alerts. Reminders before the notification deadlines of your scheme, so a late notice doesn't cost you a group.
- 75% attendance check. See who has reached the attendance and activity thresholds your scheme sets (in Spain, 75%).
- Reports and XML files. We prepare attendance reports and, for FUNDAE, the XML files for you to review, sign and file yourself in the official application.
- EU hosting available. Classes, recordings and logs can be hosted on EU servers. Hosting with MynaParrot is our recommendation, not a requirement.
You stay in control: you, or your gestor, file and sign every communication. We help you produce the evidence; we don't file on your behalf, and no tool can guarantee funding or the result of an inspection.

Spain: FUNDAE (formación programada por las empresas)
The scheme. Companies fund staff training through bonificaciones on their Social Security contributions, managed through FUNDAE. In 2026, a presencial course (or the presencial part of a mixed course) can be taught through a live virtual classroom (aula virtual) and still count as presencial.
What it requires in 2026 (Resolución del SEPE, BOE-A-2025-25790):
- Live, synchronous teaching with two-way communication between trainers and participants.
- A connection log generated by the virtual classroom application: for each course, who took part, on which dates and for how long.
- A way for control bodies to connect during the session.
- Without that log, only exceptionally a signed declaration (declaración responsable) from each participant.
- The start of each group notified at least 2 days before it begins; cancellations or changes of date, time or place notified 1 day before. Otherwise the group counts as "no realizado" for the bonificación, unless the delay has a justified, unforeseeable cause.
- For e-learning (teleformación), FUNDAE's follow-up instructions also ask for activity logs per user, at least 75% of the learning activities completed, no more than 80 participants per tutor and no more than 8 programmed hours a day.
- To finish a course, a participant generally needs at least 75% attendance.

Do you guarantee my funding or a positive inspection?
No. Funding decisions and inspections belong to the official bodies. We help you collect clear evidence; you remain responsible for what you file.
Do you file the FUNDAE communications for me?
No. We prepare the XML files and reports. You or your gestor review, sign and upload them in the FUNDAE application.
Is this an official or accredited FUNDAE tool?
No. It's our video classroom and Moodle, configured to produce the evidence the rules describe.
Can I keep my current Moodle?
Yes. We can connect to your Moodle. Hosting with MynaParrot is recommended, not required.
Where is the data stored?
EU hosting is available. We agree where your data is stored at the start of the project.
What if the rules change next year?
The Spanish aula virtual rule is renewed each year. We follow each new resolution and adjust your set-up with you.
