Who receives your data, and the roles of MynaParrot and the partners

The matched implementation partner receives your request (case a) so they can contact you. The partner is an independent business and uses your data for its own contact, proposal and contract with you, under its own privacy notice.

If you become a client, your platform's data (users, classes, recordings) is processed under the contract between you and your partner. When MynaParrot hosts the platform, MynaParrot acts on instructions under a data-processing agreement. That falls outside this notice.

Service providers (processors) that work for MynaParrot, such as hosting, email, analytics, consent management and customer-relationship tools, and, for AI in trials, Google (Gemini). They only process data on our instructions.

Authorities, when the law requires it.

International transfers: when a service provider or a matched partner is outside the European Economic Area, we only transfer data with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for: client requests and questions while we handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards; partner applications while the partnership lasts; public profiles until the partner withdraws or leaves the network; trial data until the trial environment is reset; marketing until you unsubscribe. After that, data is deleted, or kept blocked where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect earlier processing). Write to support@mynaparrot.com or to C/ Matilde Díez, 11 - A, 28002 Madrid, Spain. If a matched partner already has your request, you can also contact the partner directly. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid).

Children

The Store is for adults acting for an organisation. Don't use trials or forms for students' data.
